As it is said, the stones from the other mountains can cut the jades on this side - one’s wisdom and experiences can fuel other’s success. Shine Stone International Limited is just like that “stone” to help you succeed with the right services and products you need.

Established in 1994 in Calgary Canada, Shine Stone strives to understand our clients’ specific businesses, tailor our forces to meet clients’ needs and aim to forge long-term mutually beneficial relationships with them.

Glenn Wang entered Tsinghua University in 1980, the first student to do so in the history of Ordos of Inner Mongolia, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.

Giving up the opportunity for postgraduate study in China, Glenn determined to go abroad. With only 50 Canadian Dollars in his pocket, 2 suitcases in hands and a dream in heart, Glenn landed in Canada in 1989. He obtained his Master’s degree in Science in 1993 from the University of Saskatchewan in mechanical engineering. 

Shine Stone International Ltd. (SSIL) was created by Glenn Wang in 1994, and Glenn was running SSIL on his spare time completely isolated from his full-time jobs. Starting 2003, SSIL grew by folds year over year and has become a group of companies.

In 2015, Glenn started ECPL Group Corporation, providing international E-commerce logistics, with subsidiaries in China and the USA. Over the past 3 years, ECPL grew from two processing centers to six (4 in China and 2 in the USA) with an estimated annual revenue of $200 million in the next 3 years.

Glenn is a Professional Engineer of Association of Professional Engineers and Geo-scientists of Alberta and a Senior Engineer of American Manufacturing Engineers Society.
